Rail Saver is a reliable program and one of the few whose tracking of sales I trust without question.
They pay promptly on time every month and always offer assistance when asked.
RailSaver also seems to pick their affilaite partners carefully which is great in that their affiliates do not end up competing against thousands of others for the same traffic.
Their only flaw is that they take quite long to setup and activate the affiliate account but then this is likely to them providing a white label solution and not just a generic banner / text link to each of the affiliates that they accept.
